We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the 2021 meeting! This years meeting will be held in person SATURDAY, November 6, 2021. It will be hosted by Tennessee Tech University. Alternate plans may be put into action if an in-person meeting becomes impossible to conduct.
TTU is located at 1 William L Jones Dr, Cookeville, TN 38505.
On-site registration will be in Stonecipher Lecture Hall, located on Golden Eagle Way (called W 8th St on Google Maps) between Stadium Drive and N Peachtree Ave.
The plenary session for this year’s meeting will feature Professor Adam Holley from the Department of Physics at Tennessee Technological University. Dr. Holley received his Ph.D. in experimental nuclear physics from North Carolina State University and studies very low energy “ultracold” neutrons and their potential for helping explain what we observe about the universe. His talk is titled “The Tortoise and the Hare: A Race for Answers to Big Questions About the Universe.”
Here is a link to the abstract of the presentation and a brief biosketch of Dr. Holley.

Sadly, it's too late to register via mail or electronically. You will need to register on-site: Please note that the number of additional lunches is limited.
For those needing overnight accommodations in Cookeville there are several hotels off I-40 Exit 287. These hotels are about 3 miles from campus. Several hotels offer a government rate of $96/night contingent on availability, including but not limited to the Fairfield Inn and Suites and the Hampton Inn.
We contacted two hotels: Fairfield Inn and Suites (1200 Sams St, Cookeville, TN 38506) and the Hampton Inn (1025 Interstate Dr, Cookeville, TN 38501). Both had ample space, took the government rate, and were not concerned about filling up that weekend.
Additional information regarding the Annual Meeting will be posted when available.
